I'm happy they have an option of paying for 2x a year maintenance visits at a lower cost From the office to the techs, I have had great service, value and professionalism. Shout out to Sean, our tech! He knows his stuff and always helps with tips and answers all my questions.
I was very pleased with my service appointment. Sean was very punctual, and went straight to diagnosing the problem on my split air unit. He thoroughly explained what was wrong, and offered a few solutions to correct the problem. I highly recommend him and the company.

we had a leak from the condensation line with the water leaking out of the fan/light in the ceiling. Sean quickly got into the attic and joined the separated pvc line fixing the leak. Glad he came out right away

I had a real bad experience with the company that installed my ductless split system. I was afraid that I was stuck with them for all future service. I called around and found Precise and they were really nice (and willing to work on a system that they didn't install). First impressions are lasting and Phaelan was just delightful on the phone. I've had 3 techs here (Jonathan, Scott and Sean) and they were all courteous, communicative and k knowledgeable. I really wish we had called them for our initial installation. Highly recommend.
